Ownership and most of the employees at the Lion’s Den were either born or raised in Waterford, or live in the community. Therefore, we take great pride in being your hometown restaurant and lounge, and not just another franchise restaurant using pre-packaged and portioned food. In fact, at the Den we prepare our food fresh daily. Our soups are made from scratch each day, our breadsticks are baked fresh several times an hour, produce arrives daily, and our steaks are USDA Prime beef, hand cut and trimmed in-house every day.
